Employee Registration & Eligibility Requirements
Employees whose job responsibilities require the certification being requested should use the appropriate promo code when registering.
Employees whose roles do not require the course, as well as individuals who have not completed hospital orientation and received a Cooper ID and email address, must pay for the course by credit card and should not use a promo code.
Employees on any type of leave are not eligible to attend classes or complete pre-course requirements until they have returned to active work status.
All course cancellations must be submitted by email to [email protected]. To be processed, the cancellation email must be received no later than the scheduled start time of the class for which you are registered.
